- Administrator: Institute for Christian Conciliation, Peacemaker Ministries, or another Christian arbitration service selected solely by iVoteLife.com
- Rules: Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation
- Location: Arbitration shall occur in the county where iVoteLife.com maintains its principal place of business
- Arbitrator Selection: iVoteLife.com shall have sole discretion in selecting the arbitrator from the approved Christian arbitrator list
- Governing Principles: Biblical principles shall supersede any contrary legal principles
- Costs: You shall bear all your own costs and attorneys' fees regardless of outcome, plus the arbitrator's fees if you do not prevail
EXCEPTIONS: This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law, but all other claims must be arbitrated.
